01. questionnaire

You’ve done your research and you know that you need to work with a stationer for your upcoming event. After all, you’re looking to create a one-of-a-kind piece to send off to your guests. Let’s become the best of friends by completing our questionnaire with all of your event details. I’ll be in touch within 24 hours with a custom proposal and to set up a quick 15-minute consultation to discuss what items you’re interested in and your design preferences.

02. Package & proposal

After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal based on the size of your invitation suite, paper selection, print method, and any add-ons we discussed. An electronic signature is required for the agreement, outlining the deliverables, timeline milestones, as well as payment scheduling. A signed proposal and 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. Booking is required at least 2 months prior to expected ship date.

03. design stage

After you have officially booked me as your stationer, you will receive several forms for me to gather all of the necessary details for your wedding suite. I will then create an Aesthetic Board to map out the style and design of your suite. The proofs will be all digital, full-color renderings of your exact design. We’ll discuss font choices, color scheme options, wording etiquette, envelope design and swatches, plus so much more. 2 complimentary revision stages are included to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your custom stationery.

04. production

Once the design is finalized, I’ll ask for your final approval before printing and production begins. Invitation suites take an average of 1–2 weeks to print and assemble (depending on the quantity and how many items are included). All orders will arrive un-assembled, unless assembly services are requested. Your order will be shipped with FedEx Ground and tracking information will be provided once your order is out the door.

Wax seals

Our wax seals are hand-poured in our studio and stamped with one of our signature collection seals. Our signature sealing wax delivers maximum color and dependable durability. It is the perfect touch to creating absolutely stunning characteristics for your suite. We love to spice things up with gold flakes, dried floral, glitter, and paint splatters.


Our hand-selected 48# vellum offers an 80% transparency. We love using vellum for vellum jackets to keep all pieces of your suite together or for small enclosure cards. Vellum is also a great way to showcase venue illustrations or monograms.

Envelope Design

Envelope addressing doesn’t need to be boring! We love when our artwork spills over to our envelope design and makes that envelope stand out from the rest of the mail. Bet they’ll open your invitations first!
